In my research I came across the Dirty Dozen and theClean 15 lists. The Dirty Dozen is a list of the twelve items one should always attempt to purchase organic and The Clean 15 are fifteen foods that you do not have to worry so much about. Within the last month I have found myself the participant in several conversations about buying organic foods. Is it worth the time and money? Does it really make that much difference in one’s health? These lists help to answer those questions buy presenting consumers with the foods that we should take the time and possibly spend the extra money on as well as the ones we should not fret over.
